Not only does William Aul teach as a Law Professor, but his record is crystal clean. It's hilarious being called manipulators when we just state cold, hard facts. The only concern regarding this merger is that the business license hasn't been paid. For something that requires such a simple transaction, it's a good bet. The financials will be coming soon. It's a long wait, but it's worth it. I'm sure the numbers are better than last year's. LOL

Not only is William Aul an expert SEC law attorney w/ a 38 plus yr spotless record (CA Bar, SEC, sits on numerous BAR association committees that meet throughout the yr on SEC law policy, etc), but he's also personal friends with people very high up in the SEC itself- including former Chairman of the SEC, a very high end position appointed by thee President Of the United Stated.

Only a very, very limited number of people have ever held the title "Chairman of the SEC", since it was created by President Roosevelt.

Well, when William Aul, Esq (SEC law expert) throws and dinner and speaking engagement at their law university- and he invites the former Chairman Of The Sec, the man comes at Aul's invite to dine, rub elbows and be a guest speaker. Show any, any OTC vaporware garbage that has that kind of legal expertise backing them up, show me even one?

That's William Aul on the very right, then the Dean of the law school next to him and then Harvey Pitt, former SEC Chairman, Aul's guest at the well received event. Aul is a highly respected professor of SEC law.
