It means you now have a little turd in your account, representing the corporate shell of Lans Holdings. It is a little debt ridden shell, with debt coming out of every hole. A toxic shell, worth much less than zero. But enjoy your little turd. I actually have a couple myself. One of them is now 11 years old, a seized bank from the 2008 crisis. You are not alone.
