Musky, what KW said when he began the Q&A segment of the call was that there were plenty of investor questions regarding a partnership, merger or JV. He said he could not answer any of those questions at this time. He said if negotiations were still going on, that could not be reported.

Later in the Q&A the subject came up again. He said several questions were asked about partnerships with certain Named company’s. He said when a company is in talks regarding a partnership, merger or JV, there is a non disclosure agreement on both sides and that prevents either side from saying anything..

To me, these are hints. If there was nothing going on he could have just said there was nothing to report.

One of the ways I also considered if there was nothing being discussed I would of thought KW would have said that there is nothing in the works right now too. Which I would think he would of said. As critical as I am of him I really do believe and so does bio4 that there are some kind of discussions going on. And I totally understand that neither party would want it disclosed. Again just my opinion of reading between lines.
