No, a BO will happen after the data is revealed. CVM would be underselling prior to data being made available unless they are skeptical of the results, which they clearly are not. After the data is available it will become a bidding war. Hopefully the time is near. Given the large January options contracts that have been made this week, someone with deep pockets thinks that is the time frame for a decision.
