Yes, that's a question I've never found an answer to ever since I jumped into this a while back. Where is the PUBLICLY available legit documentation to support the issuance of the control block? I've found nothing but message board assumption based on the OTC site changing.

The transfer agent and registered agent serve different purposes.

Nevada Agency And Transfer Company is serving as the REGISTERED AGENT as shown on the Nevada SOS.

Corporate Stock Transfer, Inc. is serving as the TRANSFER AGENT per the OTC site and per the June 30, 2019 filing (see screenshot below).

The Nevada filing only shows AS of 2 billion. Nevada SOS does not and will never show the OS or the control block.

If people contact Nevada Agency And Transfer Company and ask for the share structure for TRDX, they will tell them they don’t know since they serving as the Registered Agent only for TRDX and not the transfer agent.

I appreciate your efforts but you are mistaken.

The 1.1 billion shares added to the OS (as the assumed control block) is a good thing IMO. I’m not sure why you are fighting against this. It’s not a bad thing.
