While no one knows for sure I highly doubt it. There are many shells out there with a different share structure if that’s what they wanted.

But also David added the control block after he took over custodianship, I assume at the request of the potential buyers. Would seem stupid to go through all that only to R/S.

This is all in my opinion but I think everyone involved had big plans for the stock to take off and they probably wanted the majority in order to benefit the greatest and have greatest control.

I could also be wrong and they could just do a straight up R/S. Who knows.

You do realize that would effect their shares also?I don't think they would do anything that would damage the value of their ownership.
