IMO depending on what outside interest there is now or brewing from other parties, I believe First Majestic will be looking to take a larger stake in the Company for the reasons you gave. It's cheaper to buy FMG shares now, when they're dirt cheap, than later when they're more expensive.
Silver has a long way to move higher and Keith will have so much $$$ he won't know where to put it. FMG would be a great place.
