I have studied it.
We were told the float was held tight many many months ago and it was around 400- 500 million. Since Dr. Dalton said buy UNVC, over 100 million shares traded and price went down.
Great for those who want to invest and hold for months/years.

Like I said months ago, "soon", "very soon" means nothing since "soon" to some is days and to others months and others many months to a year+

We were also told Dr. Dalton filed with the SEC 4-6 weeks ago.
I personally don't see it on Edgar and as far as I know, that is the way filings are done with the SEC.
