OT Glad to see the various responses that poster received by asking on the board, good spectrum.

FYI, that other first time poster was not really one:
it was a multiple alias of someone, and that poster who claimed to be a "first time" poster after being a NEOM shareholder for a year and a half or so was booted:

Right on. At the last SHM, I met two folks that had bought quite a few shares...partially from being swayed by posters here. It is a real shame when folks speculate, and try to make it sound like fact. Or, when someone is labeled as a basher, and dismissed without examining the issues.
