if they are asking to borrow your shares - that is because they are concerned about something positive coming and are desperate to try and cover their position. am i missing something here? i don't understand why you are suggesting a raise is forthcoming if this is going on.
Perhaps there is something to next week's Medtronic announcement? Although I would think the PPS would be ticking up today if there was some truth to any rumors out there.
