An RS here still risks being turned to a negative and bullied back into the teens before he can do something about it. He obviously doesn’t want that as seen last week.

After watching this stock move earlier I think the share price can move us into uplift mode without a r/s. The right news and progress can do that. Believe me, this stock will never be the same for us with a r/s.
