In the real world of junior exploration companies, you might get a pvt placement at a 10-20% discount to the 5-10 day ave of the pps, plus some 1 for 1 or 2 for 1 warrants at a similar price...

I don't understand why an investor would pay 10 cents a share when they can get it for les than a penny on the open market.
