They have 180 days to comply and another 180 day extension if needed. All we need is another 4-6weeks. Plus if the shipping pump keeps them over a dollar for long enough they may get back in compliance. In my opinion they have much to gain by positive press releases to keep them above a buck for at lest 10 days. This one may be the better pick for shipping season.
