well, i would suggest every person who ends up hurt in this stock or has been hurt by it, use the link on the sec's site to file a complaint, reference the volume after every release, and then attach every press release that has been put out by the company and specifically name the claims of the prs. also, reference all past press releases with similar language and information to show regurgitation of news and claims. regulators are already aware but more complaints from the public investment community will make the case more visible.
