Lannett signs advisory services agreement with strategic partner

PHILADELPHIA, September 20, 2019 / PRNewswire / - Lannett Company, Inc. (NYSE: LCI ) today announced the signing of a three-year advisory services agreement with its strategic partner Grupo Neolpharma. This is a separate agreement that adds to the supply and distribution agreement for sodium levothyroxine tablets, USP recently signed by the companies.

Under the new agreement, Lannett will advise on a wide variety of issues broadly related to helping Neolpharma Group and its affiliated entities in their efforts to continue developing and marketing products for the US generic market. Lannett will receive advisory fees for his services.
