Seemed v odd. There isn't too much on the ask. If he/she had just been patient that would be have been filled in a few weeks (or maybe a couple of months considering how low the volume has been).
The no volume no bid tickers have been all acting a little strange lately. Yesterday all of my POS bags were selling at quads. Maybe MM's getting tired/bored.
