wonderful info LT. yes it does take some hands on and persistence to get orders through. i never expect any order - buy or sell - to be executed. part of the risk profile of playing these. i have best luck through TD and using multiple, manually managed small order entries vs trying to buy or sell one large block. that large block shiz never works well.
with otc mm's my experience has been "you get what you get - smile and be happy u got anything"
