It occurred to me that quite possibly Bishop got caught up in legal turmoil after March 1st, and he was on the run for while not understanding all the risks associated with the failed merger. By July he realized he was in deep and filed the 12-15 going dark for a reorganization, but it is buying him time and clarity on the legal issues he's in. Quite possibly, he will have news for us once he's in the clear. I'm being hopeful. Otherwise you'll be right and everybody goes to jail.
