It's not saying it's GOING to happen, it's saying in the EVENT THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO do either a forward split or reverse split the preferred stock would be adjusted accordingly.
To prove that argument, why would they even mention a forward split in a report if they intended on doing it? Especially when the current float for this stock is around the area of 600M? That would make no sense to make the available amount of shares even bigger. You tend to see more F/S in large value stocks, which IGPK clearly isn't. lol
The same argument goes for doing an R/S. They are looking to attract investors, not to chase them off.
Stop trying to scare people.
