There is zero chance any judge will rule in that manner. The change to the share structure and voting rights was done properly and precedes Theo and Jake both. There wasn’t anything illegal about it, and now Jake is pumping out “proposed rulings” like the kid he is thumping his chest. This “proposed ruling” is a nothing burger.
