NYCB I think they were not wanting to see the GRAYS its ugly down there and this was the only way to stay out and come back ASAP.IMO

Who's confused they already told us what was gonna happen. Read the Pr on 11th. Delisted re-register with form 10 and form 211 and finalize merger.

This is step 1. Know we wait for form 10 and 211 will follow with finalize merger. This to me will be a concurrent closing everything submitted at once...
