An Autumn Mania sure looks to be in the cards

We need the FDA to announce enforcement discretion for CBD Isolate products and/or an interim framework for federally legal CBD Isolate products

Either event will lead to national sales and banking opening up

That should be more than enough for a CBD Mania to be sparked

I have my eye on October as that is the month where FDA Regulations/Framework/Enforcement/Recommendations are due to be announced
