I tend to agree although I am cautiously optimistic only because we haven't seen a response or PR from Lans. It is gratifying though that the shorts are the real losers here. They have manipulated this stock for months...I may lose my investment but they will too.

Yes Paul. When you think about it, the 4 billion shares was a concern for some here and had to be addressed eventually to uplist. The suspension and subsequent revocation was not planned but forced an obvious change of plans. I still think we're golden though despite how it looks. We're all in a holding pattern for now but if true it is a stroke of genius. GL

I agree that both companies want the merger to happen but what would be the benefit of them dragging all of us shareholders along for the ride. Each company needs each other for their services but they don’t need us or the 4 billion shares held by us shareholders.
