Gator, no business person with half a brain would have signed TCA contract.
Not only do they have full control over what ZNGY can tell the shareholders, ZNGY can not borrow any money
As long as TCA is owed any amount. Josh is in the same position as Alex was. TCA tacked on thousands of add on fees. The only out imo is file a BK and let a referee wipe TCA out of all the fees..though some won’t agree, TCA owns ZNGY now
