Except the warrants won't be exercised. There are 61 Million warrants outstanding +/- Last time they made this offer almost no one exercised. Why should they? There's no incentive to buy for the same price as you can buy on the float. They need to offer a minimum 30% discount to last 20 day VWAP or all of us warrant holders will continue to sit and wait. Particularly when it means having to deal with Damon. I've spoken with people who hold 20 million of the outstanding warrants including my 1.5 million. Not a single one indicated they would exercise without a significant discount. If I wanted shares for $.10 I'd put in a GTC Order at $.07 - It's going to fall to that or close anyway. My warrants are good through October 2021 they'll be back for more money before then. Any warrant holders reading this planning on exercising at $.10 ?
