"we remain of the opinion that the public interest and the protection of investors required the March 21, 2018 order suspending trading in Efuel’s securities, and that no relief is warranted."

Efuel’s request to terminate the trading suspension is denied in all respects.

This POS is toast. Slavo will have to resort to arson and insurance fraud again.

Because SEC believes that EFLN is clean and did not commit any fraud.

WHAT? On the contrary:

As discussed above, the record indicates that Efuel deliberately disseminated materially false information about the company into the marketplace.

THAT is what the SEC thinks.

It is between OTC and EFLN to get back to trading. SEC is not involved as they gave their verdict for EFLN appeal that they are clean.

OTC Markets has no say in the matter. As a result of the suspension, EFLN was kicked to the Grey Market. In order to get off the Greys, it would have to find a sponsoring market maker willing to file a Form 211 with FINRA. Given the SEC's findings, no MM would do that.

Once again, you really should read the SEC's opinion. The whole thing.

The Stefanovics are proven liars according to the SEC and OTC. You would be wise not to believe anything Slavoljub and Ljubica tell you. If you invested with them you're screwed... your money is gone.
