Where did you see that it was an award?

Looked at the Form 4 for Kraysler and it listed it as transaction code

exchange or from another person

What indicates its an award?

... although that might make sense since both officers acquired the same
number of shares on the same day?







"They did not purchase. They were awarded those shares in lieu of compensation. What we don't know is if those shares have a vesting period. I would assume they do
