I'm gonna take the NO Form 4 side.

That is of course, if the insiders want to turn this around "for reals".

BLUM is an operating entity with potential, but I'll believe a turnaround could be afoot only upon 2 quarters of solid revenue growth.

The CEO is more of a capital market conman than a competent business manager. That has always been a red flag.

I still think TRTC is too little too late.
