Right now the only drawback I have found with AMMJ is that Mr. Hollister has sold roughly 650k of his shares since May. This is only around 6% of his total holdings but it is weighing on the share price since the volume is typically so low. It is worth keeping an eye out for additional form 4's coming in the future.
