the PE ratio of fannie mae from 2000 to 2007 was ranging from 9 to 14.
the valuation for the companies in which they should trade at. net annual profit x their previous PE plus or minus. in Tech co. are way higher like FB is x31 earnings or PE ratio. hope it helps... we are trading at 4 right now bec of uncertainties but with the current rulling in which NWS is denied it gets better for pref and common, we might see 4 to 15 who knows. we just need the capital requirements, warrants voided, recap without IPO and exit from conservatorship then $70 and beyond brother
