Yeah OSC talked to me found out the info and dropped the case, there was no case as the shares are on Denis Frawely's (the Shiningtree lawyer)blotter.
Shiningtree share list just cause they aren't issued doesn't make any difference.
Perhaps if broke Dan paid the lawyers bill he could have the worthless Sh tree shares issued.
Nice try, just like picking on my wife. Try it again, see what happens.
Anyone that listens to Dan deserves to have no dough as they obviously have no sense.
