my point is, no one is advising anything for free. Better pick'em well. This board just cost us more dilution unless they are investors and infusing the company with cash for a piece of the action. The apartment guy is local business man with obvious wealth. So which is more probable? Advisory board for shares or investment group assembled for a slice with the caveate of playing an advisory role to guide their new investment. find out in the K or Q I guess
