There are over 32 billion shares outstanding. Market cap on .0002 trades is $6.4M. Market cap on .0001 trades is 3.2M. Both of those market caps are far too high for this company. When R/S goes into effect the market cap will correct itself much lower. If FINRA declines the R/S this will go to no bid in a very short time.
