Same thing happened on my LIBE stock, got it month ago 0002 sat idle for weeks, 8k filed today and up 1100% now. On that one I also verified it was coming about 2 weeks back.
As for the critics I don't care and they aren't critics, they have an agenda, I have them blocked so I do not care.
Well the 8K for Eclipse isn't really a big factor as apparently John paid 10M PFD shares for 51 % of the company...now guess we'd learn what 51% entails and is there are any contingents but be interesting if he 8Ks the deal coming later on with the 477 acre farm LOI...how can you buy product without any cashola ??
Anyhow, maybe real filing disclosure may help this stock stop falling ?
