I see what you mean now that I am looking at the bid vs ask.
I wouldn’t call it dumping though.
It seems more like cross trade. Same amount of bid and ask move up and down together to control pps down,, then disappear when real retail sells and buys come in,, then repeat.
Who’s doing it? I don’t know. Whoever wants to pick up cheap shares from us.
