Y'all are ridiculous. An 8k (or any periodic report) cannot be filed until the SEC recognizes the company, which it has not done yet. If you have a question or concern on the timeline stated by the company, I would suggest contacting the company directly ([e-mail]).

Until (and possibly at the same time that) Exxe Group is listed in the search results below, they cannot file an 8k.
