Elite can't seem to get their ART past the FDA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These lawsuits over opioids by the states are complete BS …. The government says a company can market them "APPROVED" and then the states can sue ……………..

If Elite must always be fearful of the states suing them, then the ART is worthless to Elite unless someone who is not fearful will buy it and that's not likely !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So we wait for Dec. and continue to hope,
