Because his name is on the sos docs for ValueCorp. It’s inactive but shows he was CEO. I’m just trying to say he’s not just an “IR rep” turned CEO. He is already a CEO of ValueCorp. Also doesnt change the fact that GeoEnhanced is the new DMAN.
