The financials said 52M...perhaps full dilution reduces it?...I hope this is not a “sticking point”. Either level is not a problem ... we goin’ higher!

Thats from the report like 3 months ago. Why are there a few people here so confused lol? OTC has HDII’s SS recently updated - and its a GREAT superb SS:

This is the only thing you go by. Quarterly reports are just that...for Q’s in the past.

Dilution has happened here this summer.....if it is over or slowed way down, or i guess with a pending perhaps $120 mil deal in the workd RM: then doesnt matter.

Ten cents could look cheap here by years or even months end...cause they just filed everything today...meaning the RM is near.
