Otherwise, just rewind and replay this standard quarterly CC:

"We are years away from an approved product, as we are in P1 with less than a handful of patients. HOT P1 trials will begin in 2 quarters. We have enough cash for 6-12 months. We will ask shareholders to authorize a reverse split of 1:25, to be followed by an offering for 90% of the company that will consist of cheap share and free warrants. Management will receive a bonus for acheiving this funding goal."
