With 8 or ten times as many employees at intel/AMD, what have they been doing over there for the last ten years?

I think Swanee is going need to demonstrate some critical leadership to get the fellows fired up. I wonder what Swanee has envisioned for the rank and file and the company? I mean besides stock buy back.
