Yes, strange indeed. If they can get you in, they certainly should cover all bases in order to get you out if you choose to.
I do EXPECT ET to allow me to trade on grey if ANY other broker can. I interpreted their answer to be universal among ALL brokers. They simply can not offer that avenue to me for lack of knowledge AT THIS TIME.
Calling them, say at 8am or 9am on the 20th, COULD result in a whole new response.
