what people don't realize that opti is setting up for very solid move into dimes and quarters. there is only $13 mil in the total float of which $10 mil is held by dtc. just at 20 mil os. opti market cap of $25mil would be entirely within a reasonable expectation. analysts have a $5.50 projection on it, which would be over $100 mil market cap.
