Unfortunately, a lot of people only are seeing that LVCA and DCGD are connected. Not many are seeing that the owners of LVCA also own IGNG. I have had to bring this up in a couple groups myself.
The closing was either May 31st or July 10th depending on how one is to read into the last 10Q. The SUPER 8K isnt the only document missing from IGNG. It now appears they have hired a new auditor on September 4th. An 8K for an auditor change to the SEC is also missing. Changing auditors mid stream is an old OTC scam delay tactic.
