Yes, the increase was necessary bc needed shares to pay off previous shell owner’s debt in order to clean up the shell... Agreed OS hasn’t changed much since. Shows management is considerate of shareholders, and not trying to dilute them out then do rs...real promising company here, with revenues (!), and a rock-solid management team. Glta!
