Thank you. I saw it also, the issue of Ackman's reporting of OTCBB stocks was beat to death about 4 years ago on this board.
The bottom line is that Ackman made a decision not to report buys/sells in OTC BB stocks, because he did not have to.
I dont blame him. First, this reporting takes time and costs money. Secondly, its not in his shareholder intersts that he report.
For example, Buffet carefully and meticioulsly waits until "after" he has purchased shares in a company he is buying as he knows his announcement will shake the stock, rising its price.
So, he does not report until he "has" to, legally.
Sure, we want to know when Ackman and Buffet are buying. I get that. But these guys dont have to tell us, so they dont..unless they have to.
