Doubtful... it's been bumping along in the 1.30s, up and down several cents for a month on low volume... at this point, only the most nimble of traders will play this IMO ... but what do I know... other than with apparent cash burn, they'll need more bucks in a matter of weeks or shut 'er down, again IMO :-)
