My point is VYST is not for sale but that doesn’t mean that haven’t had offers but they know what they own and aren’t willing to sell yet

I'll keep this simple.

Who owns Vystar?
And I assume that Vystar owns the patents to Vytex.

If Steve Rotman and various financial backer insiders own Vystar,
was it given to them out of the goodness of someone's heart,
or did they buy it?

IF they bought it, and now own it (and the Vytex patents),
then it was up for sale at some point.
And it is now theirs to do with as they wish - including selling.

True but my point is that he invited vytex. He founded and was the CEO of Vystar. It really was never up for sale from what I see.
