livedi, I think it is for three reasons, they have the money to shell out to these media groups (and now they have a blank check), they can squelch investor fears somewhat by putting out a well designed video, and they have an opportunity to suck other investors into buying PMCB stock on the hope that PMCB has the next "gold standard" for IPC.
Many OTCbbs use media groups to entice potential investors or keep the ones they have satisfied.
