I have no doubt that something very shady and most likely illegal took place, I just don’t have the means or the time to peruse legal means. It’s my opinion that the creditors are the ones who have the best shot of recouping their loss but that does nothing for share holders.

..he is prob ' relieved no one had done this yet..also read on board about a court date he had Oct 3rd..there should be info on that on public records. . as far as know so far.
